1. Introduction
Welcome to HourlyVPN. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use HourlyVPN, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Services
HourlyVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services designed to enhance accessibility. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
4. Service Setup and Billing
To ensure fair billing, the time it takes to set up your VPN is included in the total VPN hours ordered. This setup period typically takes 10–20 minutes, during which infrastructure costs are incurred. We provide the server as-is and do not guarantee the exact setup duration. If you'd like to minimize the impact of the setup time, we recommend ordering more than one hour of service.
5. User Responsibilities
By using HourlyVPN, you agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Refrain from engaging in any activity that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.
- Keep your account information secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use HourlyVPN to:
- Transmit or distribute illegal content.
- Engage in hacking, spamming, or other malicious activities.
- Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
7. Payment and Refund Policy
We use Stripe as our payment gateway, and by using our services, you also agree to adhere to Stripe's Terms of Service. Payments for our services are refundable within 7 days of the original payment, provided that the refund request meets Stripe's policies and the cost has not already been incurred by HourlyVPN. If a VPN service is provisioned and infrastructure costs are realized, the associated cost for that order will not be refunded. If you have any questions about refunds, please contact us.
8. Limitation of Liability
HourlyVPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Privacy Policy
HourlyVPN does not maintain an independent privacy policy. Instead, we adhere to the privacy policies of our vendor service providers and comply with governing laws regarding data protection and privacy. Please review the privacy policies of our vendors for more information.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
12. Communication
We reserve the right to contact our customers as necessary for providing our services or for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out of receiving promotional content, please send an email to [email protected] requesting removal from promotional communications.
